1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering on S21AMF Academy (s21amf.com), enrolling in our educational courses, or utilizing our mock examination tools, you confirm your legal agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable telecommunications regulations.

2. Educational Purpose & Radio Law

All materials, technical diagrams, frequency band plans, electronic schematics, and examinations provided by S21AMF Academy are designed strictly for educational, scientific training, and licensing exam preparation.

CRITICAL TELECOMMUNICATION REQUIREMENT: Possession of our course certificates or training materials does not grant legal transmission privileges. Actual radio transmission on amateur bands requires a valid government-issued amateur radio operator license granted by your national regulatory authority (e.g., BTRC, FCC, Ofcom, CEPT).

3. User Accounts & Access

When registering as a cadet/subscriber, you must provide accurate contact information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing or automated scraping of our course curriculum is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process and online payments are facilitated and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all global payment processing, currency conversions, billing inquiries, invoice generation, and applicable tax compliance (VAT/sales tax).

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course lessons, technical syllabi, audio files, examination algorithms, and brand identifiers (including the S21AMF callsign emblem) are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Sheikh Md. Mahtabur Rahman and S21AMF Academy. Redistribution or commercial resale without written authorization is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed in accordance with international digital commerce principles and the telecommunications standards set forth by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
